Are you asking for people to participate/discuss this project on Wise-Nano, or just advertising for help elsewhere? In the latter case, we might want to put this on a "Links" page rather than a "site projects" page, or invent some other way to indicate the distinction.
I'd encourage you to work on the project here. As the site grows (quickly, I hope), you'll be able to get answers to questions about what's technically possible with nanotech, as well as likely societal, political, economic (etc) effects.
